Ekrt offers easy and quick Refund on your refund orders. Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

  1. When do you process a Refund?

Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:

When Prepaid Orders are cancelled by Customer/Seller/Ekrt before delivery (Please read our Cancellation Policy. If our courier partner is unable to deliver the order If you wish to return the product, in accordance with our Return Policy

  1. How long does it take to process Refund?

Refund depends upon the mode of payment. Please refer to the list below:

CluesBucks: 1 – 2 Business days

Net banking: 3 – 4 Business days,

Debit card: 7 – 9 Business days

Credit card: 10 – 15 Business days

Neft : 4 Working Days

Wallets : 7 – 9 Working Days

In case of any clarification or If you have not received the refund within the stipulated time, kindly contact your banks customer care number to know the status of the transaction.

  1. How long does it take to initiate a Refund?

For some orders, we initiate Refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our end. In other cases, we initiate the Refund after the returned product is delivered to the seller. In this case, we keep you informed of the timelines.

  1. When does a Refund get declined?

Refund may get declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or Order ID is missing on the package.

  1. When does a Refund happen in the form of CluesBucks?

 

  • Refund is done in the form of CluesBucks, when incorrect banking details are provided at the time of placing return request
  • If CluesBucks are used while placing an order, the respective order will also be refunded in the form of CluesBucks
  • If customer chooses for refund in form of CluesBucks

 

  1. Do Refunded CluesBucks have an expiry date?

CluesBucks refunded against Prepaid or COD order have no expiry date. For details, please refer to the CluesBucks page.

 

General Rules for a successful Return

  • In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  • For products where installation is provided by Ekrt service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Ekrt authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
  • For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorised service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
